A 25% deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, is required upon registration. This deposit will be applied towards the total camp fees. - The remaining balance will be charged automatically between May 1st and May 15th. Receipt will be sent by email. - To help maintain our pricing and ideal instructor-to-student ratios, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. - If you decide to cancel your camp after making a deposit, you will lose the deposit payment, but you will not be obligated to make the remaining payment. Cancellation request should be sent to info@kidsstemstudio.com - If you need to switch to a different week of summer camp that still has spots available, please contact us at info@kidsstemstudio.com and we will be glad to accommodate your request.
