I would like to find a reliable babysitter that loves doing activities and working with small children. The job would be ongoing, but only for two hours at a time, and occasionally an evening here or there so my husband and I can go out to dinner.

My almost 6-year-old needs someone for the summer to entertain her keep For involved with some type of school activities as well we have plenty of learning books cards and everything in between She just got out of kindergarten and I like her to not fall behind and maybe progress a little further and be prepared for 1st grade. For some odd reason my daughter thinks she's in charge. I'd like a little help with that she is a tough cookie but I need you to be a tougher cookie. I've tried gentle Parenting methods That just Doesn't even get me anywhere. We do have a reward system at the house little points every day. If she earns them and gets to keep them towards the end of the week she can get something out of her treasure Box if she misbehave and we have to keep on her about the same thing over and over she will lose a coin or 2. She can earn the coins back as well but she has to do stuff to earn them back not just get them without doing anything for them.

This is my first foray into requesting a nanny or caregiver, but Care. com was recommended by a coworker. I am a hybrid worker going in the office while my daughter is in kindergarten, and coming home around 330 everyday and usually continuing to work until the late evening. My wife is a part time worker and is home usually on Wed and Friday, and takes out son to daycare. We are looking for someone who would either be willing to replace out current daycare, and be available during the day and do light organization work (cleaning up toys, serving lunch) or someone that would be willing to just come by once in while to give my wife a breather so she can do housework or research for her job. He's climbing everything so we frequently have to remove him from the dinning room chairs, even if they are pushed in. He's not strong with communication skills just yet but we are trying to get him to open up. Our eldest is a free spirit with high energy. We need someone who is background checked with fingerprints on file. We are a foster family and this is a foster child. Any experience with foster children is an added bonus. He is going to be placed with us on Tuesday evening so we would need someone on Wednesday to begin with.
