I want to see growth and development in the kids. That is the key aspect of my program for me. I believe that communication, consistency, and structure are key elements to growth and development. I also value the communication and relationship with parents, because that's where everything starts. I know that if the children see a good bond between the parents and me, it is easier for the children to bond with me too. I even encourage parents, when they can, to stay with the kids in my home for an hour or so the first couple of days in the program so that the children ease into it better. I strive for both parents and children to feel comfortable to ensure the highest level of care, growth, and development.
