For three years, I cared for my maternal grandparents and for my paternal grandmother who suffered with dementia. I am honest and compassionate and would treat any elderly person as if he/she was my own grandparent. I made day trips and weekend overnight trips to my maternal grandparents' home. I kept them company and especially made sure that they ate, were properly hydrated, and took their medications every day. My grandfather had congestive heart failure and my grandmother had restrictions due to arthritis, angina, and a cancer operation. Because of these restrictions, I also assisted my grandmother with bathing and dressing. My other duties included cooking, cleaning, laundry, running errands, as well as taking care of their pet. I have sung and performed on multiple occasions in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Before I had my own children, I was a nanny between two families for over a decade. Between the two families, I have cared for infants all the way to tweens. Grocery shopping, errands, play dates, school, sick doctor appointments, well visits, you name it, I took them there. We did overnight trips while the parents went on vacations many times with pets of all kinds. Now, I have my own children, so my services are offered out of my home, unless it is a good fit and I can be home to get my kids off the bus. My children are 10, 8 and 6. They are all three in school all day so if you are willing to have me keep your precious in my home, the hours would not matter. You could drop off as early as you like and pick up when it is convenient for you.
