I currently care for a 3-year-old and have been part of the family for 2 1/2 years. She is about to start school soon, so I am looking for my next little angel! I am from the UK and moved to Florida with my husband and children 17 years ago. We are married 31 years and home schooled our 2 children, the youngest of whom graduated HS in 2016. I then decided to put my new found time and energy into my first love, babies! Babies have always been a passion and I have extensive experience. My first job was caring for 5 children ranging from newborn to 8 when I was just 12! I then was a nanny to 2 families before starting my own family. I cared for newborns weekly at church as well as teaching the toddler class for 3 years. The little one I care for right now is like a grandchild to me and it is that type of relationship I seek. It is very important to me to be part of your family and not just hired help. I believe this is essential for child development. Refs. available

It is a great pleasure to recommend Sandra. I found her thru Care.com over 3 years ago. We were looking for a full time Nanny to care for our then 9 month old daughter. Sandra has truly become a part of our family and the care and attention she has given our daughter over the past 3 years is paramount. Sandra is not only reliable, but overall an amazing and positive person. She has many years of experience and would be a great fit for any family. We will miss her dearly! Kind Regards, The F. Family

A certified teacher/experienced nanny who inspires children to discover the best in themselves through imaginative play, reading, STEAM activities, and movement! If you hire me, you can have the peace of mind that you are trusting the care of your child to a kind, professional, fun, and experienced caregiver. I can individualize your child's care or homeschool education to match their interests, talents, and strengths. My master's degree in brain based learning provides insight into engaging games and sensory play for healthy brain development. If your children are older, I can help with homework, organization, and critical thinking skills, as I was a secondary Teacher of the Year, twice. I have CPR, first aid training, experience with children with exceptionalities, as well as infants, toddlers, elementary kids, pre-teens, and teens. I can travel with your family and create busy bags for the plane and child-friendly itineraries for your destination.
