The Cohen Home is a homelike assisted living and dementia care community that offers support levels tailored to each individual in a caring environment that upholds the principles of family, community and Jewish values. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near shopping, dining and medical centers, our residents share great camaraderie and enjoy a variety of activities while living as independently as possible for as long as possible. Designed to feel like a home, our 42 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartmentsare bright and spacious. We also have beautifully appointed parlors and family rooms, a library, activity rooms and beautifully landscaped gardens with sunny patios and walking paths. <br/><br/>Our coordinated care approach, managed by registered nurses (RN/LPN), includes health and wellness services, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, all meals, transportation and activities.
