I am a Nebraska certified K-6 teacher who recently resigned after 10 years in the classroom. As a mother of two (and former teacher) I know how hard it is to find QUALITY CARE that fits a teacher's schedule on a teacher's salary. With this in mind I havedecided to open my home to child care that will operate on the Omaha Public School's teacher calendar. My hours of operation will be 7:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Rates per week/age/number of spots available: 175.00 - infants - 18 months old / 1 155.00 - 18 months old - 3 years old / 2 145.00 - 3 years old - 5 years old / 3 I will not charge for Winter Vacation, Spring Break, or Summer Break but will provide drop-off care at a flat rate of $40.00 per day. Half days or part-time schedules are an option for the school year or as a drop off during non-school days. There will be a $30.00 monthly supply fee per child.
