We needed to very urgently repatriate our 94 year old aunt, after over 50 years in USA, to UK, only possible with a dementia trained and medically competent escort (due to blood pressure problems). I cannot recommend Amber and Silverline highly enough. This was such a challenging assignment; it was flawlessly completed with such calmness, incredible kindness and efficiency. Thank you beyond words for your amazing rescue job!

GOD SENT! I cannot express the relief that we felt that our dad was in such good hands. This company truly does care about the people that they help. From the first phone call to the final destination, they were professional and kind. Like most people we were going to try to transport my dad by ourselves. BIG mistake. I pulled my back out and between loss of wages and medical expenses It cost a whole lot more then what Silver Line charged. Take it from me. DO NOT try to transport a loved one by yourself. It is a lot more complicated then it sounds. One mistake could be catastrophic. Hire a professional. No. Hire THIS professional.

Amber Lyon is the angel you pray for when making tough decisions about the person you love the most. I needed to bring my dad from West Virginia to Sarasota as his health was failing so I could be with him daily here and get him the proper care. Amber worked tirelessly, planning the trip in a short amount of time. She concentrated on his needs and comfort the entire journey and dad was smiling when they arrived. She's the best there is.

What would we do without the Silver Line team? We live in Georgia but mom and dad live in Texas . Our family wanted to move them closer to us now that mom needs memory care and dad is struggling to manage her as his health is also declining. Silver Line took the stress completely away, managed all the details including moms wheelchair and dads diet needs. The best part was the hand holding and communication with the entire family throughout the trip to Florida. Thank you and your entire team for all you do!!!!!
