Hello There, Welcome to Rubina Mirza Daycare!
My name is Rubina! Under our care, your child will have a second home where they feel warm, nourished, and cherished. We have story time with the children, and they are encouraged to draw and sing. Individual children's records are kept, including daily observations and information on activities, meals, and snack time. I speak with the child's parents about their daily activities, behaviors, and other concerns. Toys and materials are organized, sanitized, and stored to maintain a clean play area. Play activities are observed and supervised, and emotional and positive self-concepts are supported. In addition, We teach them about health and personal practices. We also encourage parents to wear masks for drop-off and pick-up so our little ones do not get sick.

Rubina has been taking care of our daughter since she was 3.5 months old (26 months now). Rubina and her family are very nurturing, and appears to give our daughter attention as needed.
Our daughter responds well to the family, always smiling and talking to them. The other toddlers there are usually well behaved, not chaotic at all. The toddlers have reading, coloring, puzzle, and other activities throughout the day. Our daughter surprised us when she tried to count and sing her ABCs a month ago and we give Rubina credit for that!
Rubina remembers everything about the day there, how much she ate, etc. Rubina was helpful with our daughter's eczema. Being a first time mom, Rubina also encouraged solids and potty training when she felt our daughter was ready.
Cons - the steep stairs going to the walkout basement where the daycare is located.
We highly recommend Rubina as a caretaker.

My son Bryson went to Rubina's daycare when he was a baby (12 weeks old) to 3 1/2 years old. Rubina provides a safe and caring environment. Her daycare was a second home for my son. She helped us keep him on a good nap schedule, provided structure with playtime and learning activities, and helped us monitor his health and overall wellbeing. My husband and I were extremely happy with the care provided by Rubina. Most importantly, our son loved going to Rubina's daycare and looked forward to attending each day! I highly recommend Rubina's Daycare for parents looking for a daycare that feels like home for your child.
