Their caregivers were good, However, they charged us overtime when my mother had only had 25 hours of service a week. The caregiver they sent (not requested by us) reached 40 hours while with my mom. In 2 and 1/2 months, we were charged $634.00 in overtime on top of the hourly charges. We tried talking to them about this and were told this is how they have always done business. I told 2 different workers we were ending service. When I asked about my deposit, I was told I didn't ask in writing 30 days prior so I wouldn't be getting it!!!! Neither of the workers I talked to told me I needed to do it in writing. One of them actually told me I didn't need to do anything else. I contacted the MO Attorney General's office and several other agencies, but since they don't take Medicare, they can't get involved.
