You can't trust these online reviews. The one posted by Sophie G is entirely libelous.
I worked for Quality Care and it was well run and I was very happy there.
The company is no longer even in business, since the ownership relocated.

Address is a P.O box. Helen the owner is being sued by Labor Broad for not paying employees. Also the state address for her business is vacant. Does anyone know where to find her ? I want my pay !!!

All the staff are extremely competent and friendly. Alex who coordinates all is very efficient while providing an excellent phone manner. The owner Helen is very hands on and seems to take a personal interest in all the clients - she actually comes by to celebrate special events with my mother which is much appreciated. It is also such a relief to have found a complete service that is honest and actually does what they say, because unfortunately we had others previously that were definitely only in it for the money, not caring about the people.
