Primrose school on Bulverde Rd.
Has anyone else have a bad experience with this daycare? Extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reported them to the Child Care Licensing for not meeting minimum standards. Had to withdraw my child from their care. Warning! Do not send your child there! Had a terrible experience there!

We have been at this Primrose for just over a year and we have only had positive experiences. The Director of this location is the reason we stay--she knows every child, takes time to communicate and be involved with the teachers. We feel safe with all the staff and appreciate everything the owners and staff have done to keep the kids safe and happy during a crazy pandemic year. We feel that the tuition is fair based on the high quality of food and education that our child receives. The school plans so many fun activities for the kids and we have seen how our child is advancing past his peers at other daycares because of the curriculum Primrose uses. This Primrose is also very clean and the furniture and play mats used are nice and taken care of. All of teachers have been kind, professional and responsive. We love the care and attention our child gets at Primrose at Bulverde and would highly recommend this location to other parents.

I highly recommend Primrose School of Bulverde. They take on a balanced learning approach that works great for my daughter. The curriculum is based on actual research of child development. Each day I am notified through the Primrose app on my phone of what my daughter's curriculum was for the day. On the same app I also receive plenty of PICTURES of my daughter learning and having fun with her friends and teachers throughout the day. I love that primrose has 'PrimroseFriends' which are Muppets they use to nurture my daughters mind and body. They also have a website of the primerose muppets so we can watch the video at home together! I could go on and on about the friendly and knowledgeable staff and everything primrose has to offer but just visit the school once and you will see it for yourself. I toured 5 different schools and I knew right away primrose was going to be my choice. You see how clean and organized they are as well as their use of technology to keep giving me peace of mind while I am at work that my daughter is safe and happy! All of these standard practices primrose uses helped during the pandemic. Simple things like using a QR code for hands free check in shows you the quick adaptation the school takes to take care of our families! Thank you PRIMROSE for everything you do for my family!

This school is absolutely amazing in every single way. My daughter and son run into this school daily excited to be with their friends and teachers, who have become like family to us! From the director to amazing chef to caring teachers, we say thank you Primrose at Bulverde Road for being such a blessing in my families life and for loving my babies. I wouldn't want them anywhere else :)

Our family has always valued early childhood education and we've sought to provide our sons with the best possible learning opportunities. Primrose at Bulverde is a wonderful school with a thriving, conducive environment for all children and we can't say enough good things about the administrative staff and teachers.

There is no other place I would trust with my children then primrose @ Bulverde. The comfort my heart feels dropping off my babies is just the same as when I see them so happy and smiling picking them up. Primrose makes my children LOVE school. My 7 year old whom is apart of the Explorers class & has been with Primrose since he was 2, still gets upset if I pick him up "too early"-5pm. Their Hours of operation are so convenient for our lifestyle, the education, the healthy foods. Everyone and everything they have to offer for our children is AMAZING. Both of mine (7y&2yr) hate to be away from me at all times, Except when they are going to primrose. I really can't thank all the staff enough who have been apart of their Life's throughout the years. Primrose is #1 in education, & it shows. Thank you guys so much!

We love Primrose School at Bulverde! they have become an extension of our family. The teachers absolutely adore our baby and he is so happy with them! We get daily updates on how he is doing, pictures of him completing activities and they always keep us inform of everything that is going on at the school. With such a busy life between working and having 2 kids, this place has surely given me the peace and confidence I needed on knowing our little one is loved and safe. Absolute blessing!

My daughter has been going to Primrose at Bulverde since she was 3 months old. The staff in each classroom she has been through as she has grown truly cared about the children and are actively engaged every time I come by. My daughter has learned so much, including some sign language. The facility's security made me feel a lot better about her safety as well.
