This company has been the best thing that has happened to my special need son in adult life. Staff works with each individual needs. My son has done horrible in other programs, but enjoys coming here. "PHAEDRO" sounds like an employee that must've gotten fired for bad performance.

NEGATIVE STARS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED V ONES TO ANY PALS LOCATION. ESPECIALLY THEIR HAWTHORNE SITE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND TEST THE CLIENTS BAD. THEY VE HAD ABOUT 4 OUR 5 "ACCIDENTAL DEATHS" ON THEIR WATCH. THESE POOR CLIENTS DIED FROM CHOKING. WHATS THAT TELL YA? THEESE CLIENTS WERENT BEING SUPERVISED. SAD.
OH DENISE,IF YOU KNEW HOW THEY TREATED YOUR SON,IM SURE YOUD THINK DIFFERENTLY. HOW CAN YOU SAY THEY ARE A GOOD PLACE? THEYVE SENT YOUR SON AND OTHERS HOME SHITTY AND PISSY. AND THIS YOUVE EXPERIENCED. NOT TO MENTION LOCKING HIM IN THE ROOM AS A PUNISHMENT. THIS PLACE IS THE PITS.

This is a wonderful program for adults whom are mentally challenged. The staff is caring n patient n interact very well with the clients. The director, Mr. Winfred is the best. He is understanding of the needs of the clients n works well with his staff.
