I cook healthy meals at the Executive Level, I have had training in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I owned three fast-food restaurants in Northern Virginia. I have a home-based food business.
I cook for people who are to busy to shop, prepare, cook, and package their weekly meals. I plan the menu according to your dietary needs and dislikes. I can add extra spice but not remove it. I start my meals at affordable rates, and delivery charge is assessed.
Some of the items I have prepared is ChiliLime Shrimp with Pineapple and Avocado. Steak Fajitas, Stuffed Taco Peppers, to name a few. It's basically up to you and what your dietary needs are. I can cook real plain meatloaf and mashed potatoes or spice it up with sauce. The meals come ready to eat.
