Miss Kashi looked after our 16 month old daughter for a few months until we had to move. She is an exceptionally caring and knowledgable child care provider. She is kind hearted and patient, the kind of influence you want in your kids. If we hadn't moved Miss Kashy would absolutely still be caring for our daughter. She has become like family.

Ms. Kashi has been watching our infant son since he was 3 months old (he is now just shy of 12 months). She has been such a blessing to our family! Our son has developed and learned so many new skills under her care. He absolutely loves daycare drop off's and his face lights up when he sees Ms. Kashi. As I prepared to return to work, Ms. Kashi was just what we needed for our baby. She has taken such good care of him and really put me at ease that he was in good hands. He is always in a happy mood when we pick him up and Ms. Kashi takes pride in ensuring he has a full tummy, freshly changed diaper, and clean clothes every day for pick up. She even brushes his hair for pick up We love Ms. Kashi and can't thank her enough for all that she has done for our son!

We found Kashi's Day Care here on care.com with many glowing reviews and it still baffles me that we had such a different experience from other parents... We were upfront in that we were looking for part-time daycare. Kashi said that she preferred full-time but would do part-time. We explained the structure of our two-mom family and our parenting style. We introduced our 6-month-old who is energetic, sensitive and extremely aware. He seemed to adore Kashi who made him laugh and laugh. We spoke with other parents who had babies in her care, and they had nothing but good things to say. We were elated to have found such a good fit! The first day we received two phone calls from Kashi - the first was because our son was crying uncontrollably. Now, our baby had only been in our care since the COVID-19 pandemic so we were prepared for a little fussy adjustment. I drove over to give him hugs and kisses and he went back just fine. That was positive but in the afternoon 1 hour before our scheduled time for pick-up we received another call saying that again he was crying uncontrollably and asking if we can come pick him up. When we arrived, Kashi was overwhelmed and riled up. She handed over our son soaking wet, smelling like sour milk and wearing a poopy diaper! When I informed her that his diaper was poopy, she admitted that she only changed him once (in the last 7 hours!). We mentioned that perhaps he was crying because he had a dirty diaper. She didn't seem to care and was so focused on her feeling that he needed to do full-time daycare. This was so strange for us because we had made our entire arrangement based on our need for part-time daycare. And also, why would we send him full-time when she only changed his diaper one time the whole day?! This was not feeling good. Additionally, she complained that her arm hurt from holding him. We tried to explain that he isn't comfortable yet which is why he is clinging to her. She seemed to acknowledge this but made several more complaints about how he only wants to be held and her arm hurt. When we got home that night my heart was so heavy... I couldn't believe that she would act like this - so uncaring towards our precious baby! Children need to feel safe first... everything comes from this sense of security. After talking it over with some friends and family, we decided to give one more try - maybe she was overwhelmed by taking on another kid? But when we took him back the next day she again urged us to commit to full-time. We reiterated that he didn't need full-time as we said initially. Why keep pressuring us especially after the way she handled our child the previous day!? She stated that she was sorry she couldn't care for him because he is not full-time and she will give us our deposit back. To be honest I didn't want her to watch my son anymore, so this was a fine conclusion, but it was so strange and upsetting to us that she would consent to something and then recant it... on top of the way she treated our baby. She then asked if my "friend" was going to pick up my son. I explained that is my wife and we are married. She asked how we could have a baby(!). I was so confused because weeks ago we had explained our family structure to her and even disclosed the sacred process by which we got pregnant. It made me wonder if she understands much less English than she pretends to? Honestly, I'm still so confused and concerned about her ability to nurture and care for children.

Ms. Kashi has been watching my infant son for 3 months now. She is fantastic! My son is always happy at drop off and pick up. Ms. Kashi has done a fantastic job of keeping us posted on his developments and daily activities. You can tell she cares about the children more than the job. There is no better option in my opinion!

Our infant daughter has been going to Ms. Kashi's for a little over 2 months now, and so far I'm very happy and pleased with the service we have received. Ms. Kashi is so kind and caring with our daughter, and takes very good care of her. This is our first child and first experience with daycare, and Ms. Kashi has really put our minds at ease with the whole experience. She also has a lovely daycare space complete with separate play area, eating and sleeping areas. Our daughter has adjusted well to daycare because of Ms. Kashi's excellent care.

Our daughter has been with Miss Kashi for over a year. She is always happy when we pick her up and is well cared for. Right now Miss Kashi is working on letters and numbers with her which we can see the progress at home. Highly recommend.

Our sons went to Miss Kashi's from the time they were babies until they went to preschool. As infants, they were always happy and healthy. When they went to preschool, we were so sad to say goodbye! But, Miss Kashi prepared them well. They had the knowledge, social skills and manners to fit right in at preschool. In fact, their teachers were impressed by how much they knew and by their behavior! Kashi is such a wonderful caregiver. She is flexible and understanding. Her daycare is bright, welcoming and safe. When you meet her, you will understand what a warm and loving person she is. You can trust her to take great care of your babies, from infants to toddlers.

We paid for our son to go here and then my mother moved in close to usdecided not to use ms kashi ..this was back in April and I still haven't received my deposit back. I have tried to contact her several times and no response.

Our children were with Kashi for almost 5 years combined. From soothing them as infants, to teaching them as toddlers, she provided a nurturing, safe environment.She treats every child as an individual and truly became of the most important people in our children's lives. Her center is safe, clean and bright. Kashi takes pride in providing great childcare, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I can't recommend Kashi enough! She is so attentive and caring, which is so important especially when you first leave your baby to go back to work. I knew my children would be safe and feel cared for everyday. She has lots of experience and takes pride in being a wonderful caregiver. She always listens to instructions, and is flexible to your needs. My kids were happy and healthy in her care, and had fun playing and learning with her.

Ms. Kashi is a wonderful caregiver. She provides a safe, loving, educational and fun environment. My children rush to go inside in the morning because they are so excited to begin their day at Mary Child Care. Ms. Kashi provides them with nutritious, healthy meals, and a quiet, comfortable place to nap. My children are happy, healthy and well-rested when I pick them up in the afternoon. Ms. Kashi is so helpful with everything, from napping to potty training. She is attentive to their needs, makes sure they have plenty of educational play and even teaches manners.

Our sons have been with Kashi since they were babies. She takes excellent care of them and they are always happy when we pick them up. She will work with you on any concern, from introducing solids weaning from the bottle to potty training. In fact, she has given us great advice at every stage! We trust and rely on Kashi for not only daily care, but also date nights and days we need to work late. Our children have thrived with her and we are so thankful we found her.

Our son has been with Ms. Kashi for the past ten months (since he was three months old) and it has been a wonderful experience for him and for us. Our son was with Ms. Kashi for almost 8 months and we couldn't of been happier with the level of care for him and his development into a toddler. Kashi and her assistants were very nurturing to him and attentive to his daily needs. He was always happy w/ Kashi on the drop off and always happy at the end of the day (which is a good indicator for us). Her home was very clean and the play areas are organized and bright. Kashi helped to get our son on a schedule for napping and eating, we were sad to leave because of a move, but were thrilled to have Mary Child Care as our first experience into child care's after we went back to work.

Two weeks ago, my wife and I dropped our two boys (ages 3.5 years and 6 months) off at Miss Kashi's for the last time. We cried our eyes out. Miss Kashi cried too. We are moving across the country (work transfer) and Miss Kashi has taken care of our boys ever since each was just 3 months old. We were so happy with the development of our older son that there was no question where our newborn would go when the time came for his mom to go back to work. Our older son would run to Miss Kashi's door each morning. He learned how to count with Kashi. He learned his ABCs from Kashi. He learned proper manners from Kashi. He knew he was safe and sound at Kashi's. We know we will never find another place like Mary Child Care because there is no place else with Kashi and her assistants. Thank you so much, Kashi, for all that you have done for us and for our boys. Thank you for your friendship. We will miss you terribly and we will keep in touch!

We feel so fortunate to have found Kashi and Mary Day Care. Our first son started with her when he was 10 weeks old. When our second son arrived, we could not imagine sending him anywhere else. They both thrived with Ms. Kashi and her wonderful staff. They both smiled with joy when we dropped them off and came home happy and peaceful. My oldest developed great language skills as well as letters, numbers, and manners! Most importantly, they were loved at Kashi's. We were heart broken when a cross country move took us away. We could not recommend Kashi more strongly.

Mary Child Care takes exceIlent care of my son. Kashi has provided great care and some guidance to me as a parent. Things just wouldn't be the same without her. My son is well behaved and he always returns home clean and happy after a day at Ms. Kashi's. I'm always surprised by the new things my son learns at Mary Day Care that he shows us at home. He has also adjusted very well socially and is great at playing with other children at parties and other social situations. He also has learned to a measure of independence and joy in playing on his own. I think Ms. Kashi has put together a perfect environment for my son. I wouldn't change a thing.

Our son has been with Ms. Kashi for almost a year now and we could not be happier! She is truly loving, caring and a wonderful provider. My son is excited to go to her home and happy when I pick him up. She not only provides excellent care, but also has provided great guidance on things like starting solids and using a sippy cup. She has been supportive and educated when it came to me providing breast milk for my son, and helped me slowly transiton my son to cow's milk when we were ready. Ms. Kashi is flexible and understanding about scheduling. Her assistant is also wonderful and my son adores her. I can't emphasize enough how much Ms. Kashi truly cares for the children entrusted to her during the day. It is like my son has gained a sweet, nurturing grandmother. The proof is in how happy, sweet, smart and well-behaved my son is. We know he is in the best hands with Ms. Kashi, and we don't know what we would do without her.

Our 10 month old son has been with Ms. Kashi since he was about 3 months old. We couldn't be happier with the quality of care he receives there. He smiles every morning when he sees her, and quickly reaches out to hug her. She has done a wonderful job of knowing his likes and dislikes, and our boy is happy and healthy every time we pick him up. She responds to all of our questions and very quickly put two new parents' minds at ease. We can't recommend her highly enough. Our son started 2 1/2 weeks ago with Ms. Kashi when he was 15 weeks old. He has been happy and healthy. Ms. Kashi has been excellent about responding to our requests and addressing our concerns as we adjust to him being in daycare. She has really gotten to know our son and his likes and dislikes already. She always gives a full report of his day, including his temperment and what he enjoyed doing. She is very loving and concerned about our son's well-being, which gives us peace of mind while we are at work.

My son started with Ms. Kashi when he was 6 weeks old and graduated when he went to Pre-K at the local school. Because I had to go back to work right away, I was nervous about leaving him with a day care at such a young age. Very quickly, I realized that I had made the right choice and he was going to be well taken care of, so I could focus on my "day job". We loved the environment at Ms. Kashi's day care, very loving, safe and great for infants and toddlers. He learned very good eating habits, manners and great foundational knowledge, which made transitioning to Pre-K a lot easier. I highly recommend Ms. Kashi to a family that is looking for an in-home day care. We still drive by her house and wave, "we miss you Ms. Kashi"!! We were really lucky to have met her!

My 2 year old son has been cared for by Kashi at Mary Child Care since he was just 4 months old. My wife and I had originally planned for our son to go to a day care center near her new job, but when she stayed at her previous job a bit longer than expected, we needed to find day care close to home "for a few months". Once our son started going to Mary Child Care, we chose to keep him there. Our son has developed so well in Kashi's care! When I drop him off in the morning, he's happy to see Kashi, give her a big hug, and go inside to start playing with his friends. While our son is with Kashi, I feel very comfortable knowing that he is safe, that he is learning, and that he is loved. Do yourself a favor and go meet Kashi and her staff. We're glad we did!
