BEWARE!!!!
In order to recruit new employees, magnolia home care services will lie to you about the pay scale. My wife spoke with only 1 representative at this company the whole time, and when she originally signed her onboarding documentation, it stated she would be $16hr.
Fast forward 2 weeks, they schedule her a client for home health care without going over any of the client information regarding if she'd be okay to work with that type of patient. Reluctantly, she agrees to take the client anyways. The Friday before her first week, she gets an email stating she needs to sign some new paperwork, and LUCKILY SHE READS HER DOCUMENTS SHE RECEIVES. The document was to confirm a change in pay from $16 an hour for the job, down to $10 for home care and $15 for in facility work. They shaved off $6 an hour and tried to be sneaky and crooked about it.
She emailed them a copy of her original contract for $16 an hour, and they immediately removed her from the schedule without emailing her back. She called them to discuss it since they never replied, and the woman was now very rude and dismissive, claiming my wife had been talking to a foreign assistant that must've told her the wrong information. CLEARLY was the same phone number he and email tied to this same office manager she was talking to.

Magnolia provides full service for our loved one by using a Hoyer left.They arrive on time and all the caregivers are very respectful. We also have a big dog and they made sure that the caregivers liked dogs.

I am a present client with Magnolia Home Care Services. My family and I receive services for my family member. I am happy to say that the administrator as well as the caregivers are the most understanding and caring people I have ever had. They go well above expectations to make sure that my stepmother is happy and satisfied. I can tell that they genuinely care for their clients.
