About
My name is Deshay Walker and I am the VERY PROUD owner of L3 Growth! An in-home childcare service ran Monday-Thursday from 7:30a to 5p & Friday(Half day) 7:30-12:30.
I provide daily schedules and a small (6-7 children) yet sociable environment! Most of my experience has come from taking care of newborn to pre-school age children. I have a passion for helping and working with women and children! & have spent 6 years working as a childcare provider and/or birthing doula and have grown to be increasingly experienced and knowledgeable in these spaces! I thrive on how my life positively impacts others and this field is the sweet spot! My goal is always to create a safe space for a small group of kids to be together, outside of their own homes. We provide daily schedules, meals(optional, nut free) learning tools, crafts, all provided. Monthly learning goals will be a big part of our day to day, along with fun music and art classes led by creative professionals!
