As a professional I have grown in several ways. My knowledge, experience, and skills have all developed even more. I know so much more about the early childhood field such as how children grow and develop. I've learned how to do lesson plans, observe classrooms and children. I also get a better understanding on the way children think, I have gained more insight knowledge in learning the rules and regulations, understanding licensing, and most of all how to keep children safe and healthy and so much more.


My philosophy is "Happy Thought and Flowers" every day is a great and glorious opportunity for children to show something new, or practice something they learned. I make that child feel safe, loved, and help build their confidence! I handle every conflicting situation with immense care and professionalism as possible. I observe the situation from all aspects/angles. Trying my best to make a decision that will either compromise or be in the best interest of everyone.
