Singing their praises! I have been in search of caregiving services for my grandmother for a few months now and after hearing great things about iCare Concierge. I reached out to them for more information and was met with such kind, patient and overall informative customer service. Words can't express my gratitude I was going Thur a life crisis and had to decide to give up my career as a truck driver to take care of my mother who had breast cancer and dementia. Until I was introduced to Lareda/LaLa she's an amazing person that insured me that my mother would receive the best care from her staff etc why I was on the road, I can say the care was impeccable. Lala and her staff went above and beyond what was expected. I can say the service is second to none. I was able to gain my peace back. Thank You for what you do.
