Unfortunately we don't have a no star to chose from. Some staff members are beyond help. You're just a dollar figure here. I've never met anyone as arrogant, rude and with the lack of empathy than the RN Brett. Let me put it this way. The personnel thinks that they are better than the patients. Without patients you'd have no need for personnel. Time please come quickly!
