The staff and home are amazing. Unfortunately, the lady running it is happy to charge a $25 a day late fee and $60 a day fee to store 2 suit cases in a back closet. They are in breach of The 60 day refund policy according to their contract terms and absolutely no response to multiple attempts to contact .
