In August 2021. I spoke to 2 women. Ms. Audra and Sandra. Nice Women who was willing to learn about my newly diagnosed Type 1 Diabetes Child. I sat down with them for 1.5 hours to train them how to take care of her. Audra felt confident in learning. Even let me tour the facility. I felt like SHE really cared. 1 day later I received a call from Ms. Sandra saying that the owner Steve Sandweiss whom never met myself and my daughter when i was there training. Stated that my child was TOO MUCH OF A LIABILITY to them for them to take care of. Granted that Texas Children's Hospital was also willing to formally train the staff along with myself Steve Sandweiss did not care. This facility is in direct violation of the ADA. And I'm still seeking legal services.
