I have been trying to contact Grace home health care for the last 3 days regarding a caregiver that they put in place in a home for a disabled young man. He is living in the home with the family. At the time of his tired he was never drug tested. They never did a complete background check. If they did they would have found that he had four outstanding warrants in four different counties. He is driving this young man around under the influence of marijuana and possibly cocaine. I know for a fact that he is taking this young man over to his drug dealer's house. And has actually had known felons visit him in this home . I understand recently his dealer went to jail . I understand that this family has had problems with past caregivers not doing their job. Which resulted in the POA asking for a live-in caregiver. I plan on filing as many complaints with every agency known to protect those individuals and their families from abuse neglect and dangerous situations such as this.

The OWNER GRACIE!!! Is a fraud she works all Her employees to the max to actually were it is against the law. Her office staff run's around with their heads cut off. You call and ask one question and don't get any answer until after you have called at least ten times. Now back to Gracie she is a liar, thief and has no type of business skills she is very unprofessional and never answers phone calls. They have a manager whom I see that is run ragged just like the poor young ladies whom work for them. Please please if you put your mom, dad, grandma or grandpa under the care of this company make sure you check all documents and Medicare statements because the main Fraud Gracie lies about the care they provide!!

Grace Home Health gets 5 stars from my family. The care they have provided for my Father has been above and beyond. Their staff is very professional, dedicated, caring employees. The care that they have provided for almost 3 years for my Parents has been a blessing!

These are some of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. Their loving care of my 85 year old father was as though he was their own family member passing away. Kind, capable and loving is what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of daily care for an aged loved one.
