Thank you Golden Care! Our family is very grateful to the wonderful caregivers and staff at Golden Care for the care they have shown my Mom and my family.
Darlene Weber has spent a considerable amount of time educating us on senior care and helping us meet our Mom's needs. Because of her wonderful feedback and consistent follow-up we felt very comfortable using Golden Care.
The caregivers provided by Golden Care have all been exceptional. They are patient and compassionate and they follow a very professional protocol that includes logging information about their scheduled visits and notifying management of any concerns.
The GoldenCare placement staff was super helpful when I called twice at the last minute to hire overnight care. Both times they were able to find an available caregiver and they followed up with me repeatedly until they filled the hours I needed.
My family would highly recommend GoldenCare!
