About Express Cds
Express Consumer Directed Services goal is to keep our clients independent in their own homes. In order to keep the consumer's optimal level of independence within their home environment and community, Express will provide advocacy, independent living skills training, peer counseling, information, referrals and tools to direct their own personal assistance, at NO cost to the consumer. To do this, the person with a disability becomes an employer and hires their Personal Care Attendant.
