I worked briefly for Elite Homecare Services in Bend, OR. Manager Typhany is either going off on clients or going off on employees. Very unstable person - perhaps Bi-Polar.

I can commensurate with Doug M, I have had and continue to have a very negative experience with the management of Elite Homecare NW. We continue to receive new invoices and explanations about the billing that we've never seen or talked about every time we ask for clarification. I'm sure the owner would make a successful cut-throat business woman in any other industry. Caregiving should be an industry of compassion of which you will find none with Elite Homecare NW.

Superb care givers, cold management.
Cannot say enough nice things about the care givers who helped us through the last several weeks of my father's life. Skilled, caring and compassionate, absolutely top notch. The management will keep us from ever going back to Elite. Trying to arrange part time care for my widowed mother who shows signs of dementia and we were told no. Boils down to its better business and easier to manage 7 days a week care and mom wasn't close enough to dying. T. certainly has her eye focused on the business end of things and our family was clearly no longer worth her time. The lack of compassion in dealing with folks who have just lost a parent was stunning. It's a business, I get it. Good luck.
