What is the Electronic Caregiver? The Electronic Caregiver Premier includes a, Handheld Mobile Device and Wearable Wristband. Electronic Caregiver Premier utilizes both Global Positioning System (GPS) and Cellular Based Location Services (CBS) in order to find the user's current location. It has a highly sensitive microphone and high-output speakers with adjustable volume. During an emergency, the system is activated and our 24/7 EMT operators open a two-way, hands-free communication link with the customer. Ourhighly sensitive microphones allow operators to hear clients anywhere the ECG Premier Handheld Mobile Device is, whether in your home or on the go. ECG Premier allows seniors the confidence to live longer, fully and safely. 1. Direct Link Medical Concern Button Electronic Caregiver features a Direct Link Early Intervention Button that connects users via two-way voice communication with our Class-B EMT Operators 2. 24/7 Customized Activity Detection. The system includes Customized Activity Detection where the client sets 2 times during the day to acknowledge they are well and alert. 3. 24/7 Medication Reminder Service: Electronic Caregiver is programmed to match each patient's medication schedule, and electronically reminds the patient to take medications, follow a treatment plan, treatment tests (blood pressure or blood sugar), or important recurring appointments. The patient must acknowledge the reminder once it is announced. If the patient fails to do so, an EMT operator will activate two-way voice communication to ensure the patient is OK. 4. 24/7 EMT-Staffed Emergency Response Monitoring Center: Our emergency response services are provided by a DOD-certified, quadruple redundant, 40,000-square-foot monitoring facility with two decades of uninterrupted service. Each operator is a licensed Class-B Emergency Medical Technician and has a minimum of 2 years of higher education. Our EMT operators are trained in anatomy, cardiovascular systems, respiratory systems, airway management, gynecological emergencies, obstetrical emergencies, adult and pediatric patients, patient assessment, patient communication, diabetes management, allergies, pharmacology, oxygen equipment, and a variety of medical emergencies, trauma emergencies, and much more.
