We have been so pleased with Dorothy Cares assisted living in Riverview Fl. We had to set up a home for a relative in Fl and we are out of state. We chose Dorothy Cares because Dorothy is the owner and is hands on in her care centers. We had read reviews and they were great. If there is any problems she takes care of them promptly with a call or text.
She visits with the resident and has wonderful one on one with them.
I wouldn't want any other place .

It has been a blessing finding Dorothy Cares Assisted Living Facility for my dad. He has been there for a few years now and they treat him as if it was one of their own parent. Nurse Dorothy and her help are fantastic, she came highly recommended by our doctor and ARNP.

This is the third facility that we've had my mom and by far the best. It is immaculate. They don't over medicate as corporate-owned facilities do, yet pay close attention to mom's health. The nurse owner is an angel and her staff are cheerful and pay attention to details. You truly feel as if they adopted your parent into their family. As I am across the country, it gives me great comfort to know my mom is treated so well. I get photos of mom grinning with the owner and taking her walks. Just wonderful!

I am daughter of one of the residents at one of Dorothy's ALFs. I must say mom loves it here, she loves her home cooked meals and attention she receives from all! I couldn't be happier and the cost is way cheaper then large facilities she's been at. Place looks immaculate and smells good everytime I come visit mom. I am a pleased family member and recommend Dorothy Cares ALFs to all!!!!!!

I decided to have my dad stay at Dorothy Cares ALF II. The moment I walked into this home environment I knew it was the right place for my dad. It was clean and they prepared all the food fresh for each meal. Unfortunately, Dad was not able to be there long before he passed due to his illness. He was treated with respect and dignity the entire time he was there. Additionally, the care team lead by Dorothy herself cared for my Dad as if he was their dad as well. I can not say enough about the care my dad got while he was with Dorothy and her team of ladies who seemed to really care about each patient they had. I will miss my Dad and I will miss the great people at this facility.

This assisted living facility has been providing superb attention and care to our mom and we are so happy to have found Dorothy Cares ALF. Highly recommended, clean environment and staff and owner are so caring.

Excellent place for my parent, or honestly for any one that has a loved one. Don't waste your money on big places because you won't get the care that a smaller place has to offer. Dorothy is an excellent nurse, what else can we ask for!
