Brought our 17 year old cat in to have him shaved. Was met by the most unfriendly and nastiest employee I have ever met. She was rude and discourteous. She handled him roughly and halfway through the service she decided that she did not want to cut him anymore and told us to take him. I will never be back and want to let everyone know to be weary.
