Community Care was founded on the principle to keep the elderly and infirm independent and free from institutional care and in the comfort of their own homes. With Community Care, you are not alone. Our motto is, "Quality Care," and we put those words into action with each of our clients.
Community Care is one of the few in-home services providers whose own staff provides care. We are not a placement agency. Our employees, not yours, provide case and services. Our compassionate staff and caregivers are career professionals who take joy in what they do, and that joy is contagious, warmly spread to those in their care. Our staff is thoroughly background checked, skills tested (both hands-on and written), personally interviewed by a manager and continually trained throughout the year. All of our caregivers are personally reference checked as well as bonded and insured.

This agency is HORRIBLE! The staff is RUDE and unprofessional! Mirna and Elizabeth in the Smithtown office dont deserve to be in that office!
