My child was in this home daycare for a couple of months. At first I trusted the owner, and was grateful. This trust ended quickly. She takes off every Friday last minute, So working parents are stuck without child care. She also screams at the children and when they don't behave how she expects them to, she locks them in her bedroom. She has two large dogs are very intimidating and stinky. Every day my daughter would come back home smelling like dog. Then one day, she was not watching my daughter, and my baby girl hit her eye on a toy box that was in the middle of the room. Why should I toybox be in the middle of the room in a daycare. Shouldn't it be tucked in a corner somewhere safe. She goes by the philosophy that kids need to sit down and shut up. She does not care about them to teach them. She lets her sister watch the kids while she goes out and does whatever she wants to do. She's never there, only there for show. Also On Christmas week, she does not work. However, she still wants us working parents to pay her just to keep our child spot at her daycare. She's not a nice lady, my daughter was scared of her, that's why I pulled her out. She's money hungry and not nice. Babies are innocent and you should not be mistreating them. Especially since they cannot talk. I did not trust this lady, and you should not take your child to her daycare.

Ok I really do not know where to start to defend myself against this person but here it goes. First of all, I don't want this person or any other person to leave their child in my care if they do not trust me. This baby was in my childcare a very short time and her mother always complained about something every day. Her baby was always well taken care of and never cried when she left her here. I tried everything to please her, but she never seemed to be happy. I had a helper at the time her child was here and the child was in her care when the child fell and hurt her eye but I was just in the other room and we called her mother right away and applied ice to the child's eye which is the proper care for a fall like she had and it looked much better by the time she came to pick her up 5 hours later and she still brought her back for like 2 month after this fall. I have never taken off work without having a qualified person to take care of the children including my Sister that was a qualified foster parent for many many years. My Parents have never in all my time of childcare in my home since 2004 came to my door and there was a note saying I was gone. It goes without saying that I defiantly do not lock children in my room the only time they go in there is to sleep and yes sometimes they do cry but I never leave a screaming child locked in my room I comfort them and try my best to please their every need possible. I do daily activities with the children that I care for they all learn their ABCs Numbers Shapes and many more thing before they leave me to go to school. Most of my children start as infants then stay until they are ready for school. I have an open door to my childcare from 7am to 6 pm if anyone thinks that I abuse children or treat them bad in any way, they are welcome to come to my house and walk through my front door anytime during business hours and I will give them access to my entire house. They are also welcome to come and observe while I am caring for children in my home I have nothing to hide. I also have well over 20 Parents old and new that will give you a excellent review on my behalf. Please don't judge me on one person's review..

My daughter started staying here during the day when she was three months old and I had to return to work. As a first time mom, I was really nervous about leaving her in anyone else's care but Cindy and Cynthia made me feel so comfortable with the transition. I can really tell how much they both care about my daughter and the rest of the children in their care. I can also tell baby is happy every morning when I drop her off. She absolutely loves Ms. Cindy. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for affordable and quality childcare. They are amazing!

Needs to update availability. Also, didn't give off the friendliest vibe when I called to ask for information...felt very much like she was overwhelmed and I was wasting her time. Super disappointed since first impressions are everything to me especially when it concerns the well-being of my kids.

I have no idea who this person is. Do not remember talking with her. I have been full for a while now and have had no new openings. I try to accommodate my parents when I do not have openings there is nothing I can do when I am full and are only allowed to care for 12 children. I am sorry if she felt as though she was wasting my time but sometime I get very busy when I have a full house of children and my attention is on taking care of them properly.

My daughter has been going to Cindy's since she was 3 months old. I am a first time mom so the thought of daycare at such a young age was very scary. Cindy helped us through the transition and it has been a great experience. It is such a good feeling to see my daughter smiling and laughing with Cindy when I drop her off each morning. Cindy is very accommodating to our needs and I would highly recommend !

My daughter has been going to Ms.Cindy since she was 3 months old and she willl be going here until I no longer need childcare! She is now 15 months. I'm a fist time mom so I'm very picky and skeptical and I've had no problems thus far. Ms.Cindy is very understanding. My daughter walks right into Ms.Cindys every morning, without crying, meaning, she loves it. I would definitely recommend Ms.Cindy for your child. Thanks for everything Ms.Cindy!

Ms. Cindy has been such a blessing to our family! My husband and I are both school teachers and coaches who work long hours. Ms. Cindys hours were very accommodating for our crazy schedule and her weekly rate is something two teachers can actually afford! We started at Ms. Cindys when our little one was three months old and an extremely fussy baby. From bottle feedings, to trying new baby foods, to rashes, she helped guide these new, tired parents every step of the way! Totally recommend Ms. Cindy to anyone looking for someone affordable and RELIABLE!

We've had our son with Ms. Cindy since he was about 8 weeks old. As a first time mom, I was very nervous leaving him with anyone, but Ms.Cindy made me feel very comfortable and even let me do a trial run at a discounted rate to see if it was a good fit for both of us.
Our son is now almost 6 months old and is with Ms. Cindy 4-5 days a week and we are very happy with the care and love he receives there.

I've known Cynthia for years. When I first moved to Katy in 2005 my son was 3mos old and it was time for me to go back to work. I knew I wanted a home child care service because I felt he would get more one on one time he needed. I was lucky enough to come across a post from Cynthia advertising what I was looking for. I went for home visit and I liked what she had to offer. My son went to Cindy until he started Pre-K. Now lets fast forward to 2016 and I have yet another son 3mos old and it was time for me to go back to work. I knew exactly where I was going to send him. It actually made my transition back to work less stressful because I knew he would be in good hands. Cynthia offers a caring environment for my little ones and I was and still am very satisfied with her service.

I would recommend any family to Cindy's In Home Childcare. She and Vicky both genuinely care for the children in their care. They also share advice from their years of experience as parents and childcare workers which can be beneficial for a new mom like me. I always see the house clean in the morning, afternoon, and in between. I am so happy we were able to find a childcare home like Cindy's.

I briefly talked with Cindy about a month before I gave birth to my son, and then met her and Vicky about two weeks before I went back to work. I knew instantly that my son was going to be in good hands! They both take great care of him, and it was a huge sense of relief knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about him while I was at work.

Also, since I am a brand new mom, they have passed along some of the knowledge they have from their years of experience dealing with kids. I would recommend Cindy's In Home to anyone looking for childcare..

My family and I have been trusting Cindy's In Home Childcare to care for our daughter for over two years. As a parent, I have never had the pleasure to work with anyone as caring and compassionate as Cindy. My daughter tells me each day about the fun learning and creative things that they did that day. I would gladly recommend Cindy's In Home Childcare to anyone who is looking for a caring, loving and experienced caretaker for their child. She truly is wonderful :)

We were nervous at first about putting our daughter in to a daycare but after About a week we felt very comfortable having our child under Cindy's care. Cindy and her assistant Vicky do a great job of caring for the children like they are their own. The infant area is baby proofed very well and there is plenty of Toys for them to play with. They are also very reasonably priced, I would recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a daycare.

Cindy is a reliable babysitter. My daughter goes to her daycare over the summer, and I couldn't ask for a safer, friendlier environment for her. I have her pick my daughter up from school, and I am pleased in knowing that my child is in good hands after school. We are extremely pleased with Cindy's level of professionalism and care towards our only child. Hands down, her childcare services are wonderful.

I'm a new mom & my son has been going to Cindy's since he was six weeks old. He's almost five months already... and smiles EVERYDAY when we walk into Cindy's house.

I met with Cindy 3 days before giving birth and knew right away this was the daycare for us. Cindy & Vicky treat each kid like their own. I feel so safe knowing my little guy is with them everyday. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking childcare! They are the best!!

Absolutely wonderful!!! My 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter are under Ms, Cindy's care. They are excited to go everyday! The curriculum is helping my children thrive and the interaction is impecable! I know my children are being well taken care of and that Cindy and Vicky are treating them as if they are their own. We are greeted with smiling faces every morning. When the children are picked up and asked if they had a good day, the response is always "YES!!" They love getting to do lessons, center time, and playing with the other children, while I appreciate the structured environment. As someone who had a terrible experience with previous childcare, I am forever thankful for Ms. Cindy and the excellent and loving care that she provides for my children! I highly recommend Cindy's In Home Childcare!

Cindy has been watching my son since he was 10 weeks old. As a new mom, I was absolutely heart broken about having to go back to work and I was having a hard time finding a day care I felt comfortable with. I went to Cindy's home to met with her in person and brought my son along. She took him right out of the carseat and instantly started interacting with him. I was immediately at ease and knew this was the place for him. He is now 2 years old and loves going to school to learn and play. Cindy is dedicated to the children that enter her home every day, the curriculum is wonderful and my son continues to thrive in her care. Her associate, Vicky, is a blessing to have in her home teaching the children and my son can't wait to see her in the mornings. I also love that they care for the children as their own and will interact with them. The location is very convenient, easily accessible and affordable!

Cindy has been watching my daughter full time since she was 6 months old, she is almost three. Cindy is also watching my 6 month old son. Cindy & Vicky are great, I know my kids are well taken care of, the curriculum is wonderful my daughter has learned so much. My daughter can't wait to get to Miss Cindy's in the morning she's always happy to go over there which speaks for itself. I could not be happier with the attention my children get or how much they truly care about them. I would highly recommend Cindy for anyone looking for a caregiver for their children.

Very disappointed when I contacted Cindy for information. I just wanted to get information, check out the center before making a decision of moving my child. I was looking forward to possibly moving my son since it's on my way to work but I guess that idea is shot. Extremely disappointed.

She did not give me a chance, She only talked with me a few minutes on
the phone. I was concerned about her start date and she got upset and I do not know why. Contacted her later about coming by and seeing my place and talking some more and she said she would come by but never showed up. She was upset with her present day care home and decided she did not want to put her son in another In Home Child Care. I do not believe I did anything wrong.

Our children have been going to Cindy's In Home Daycare for almost 2 years now. My wife went back to work and she was leary about leaving the kids with someone else. Cindy and Vicky have taken that fear away. Our kids love going there and I wouldn't have it any other way. Great childcare is not always easy to find but we hit a goldmine.

Wow, what can I say!! Cindy and Vicky are amazing! I would not leave my children anywhere else. I am so appreciative to a friend who recommended them. Prices are affordable and quality of care is top-notch. The children learn something new every day and get plenty of attention. My shy 1 year old walks in ready to give them hugs. It is great knowing my children are in the hands of people who genuinely care and treat my kids as their own.
