The coordinator lies to the client on the phone about hours and services when their people either sit at the table, phone going off constantly, never actually clean and tidy as in contract, tells her staff to lie about hours. Late coming, do little. Mine was sitting petting my dog as I had to wash my own dishes. Worthless caregivers who only want to be on the go and get a free lunch litterally. My apartment was in worse shape after they would come. Cleaning is something they won't do. I drove my own car and the caregiver claimed the milage! Poor management and many times No-shows. Move on and do NOT use this service.

Best In Home Service was contracted with Kane County Senior Services to assist my father. After a few weeks, without notice or calling me they quit. I found out through a 3rd party. VERY UNRELIABLE! Don't make the mistake of hiring this company.
