the people from Bayada, (hospice care for my mom with Alziemers), are really a great team! they take care of mom and also help me its not just about the client, but the family involved I am very grateful to have them its not always perfect, but nothing is, but has helped me cope alot better in my situation caring for a parent alone

If you ever had an agency that could not cover shifts, would not communicate, and were patronizing as h*@%. Or, an agency which blatantly told you that your loved one didn't belong at home, and walked away from their client, then you know the frustration, anger, and disappointment Donna and I have felt with home health care agencies prior to Bayada Home Health. All of those concerns and more have melted away, replaced by trust, confidence, and gratitude for finally finding an agency which didn't tout itself as the biggest, or the most personnel, but as focused on making their clients and their care support team feel as if they were the most important client they have. THIS is BAYADA, and THAT is how they treat Donna and I!
