They were rude from the beginning but I ignored it. Then I realized that's just how they communicate. My daughter only went there a few months but it was an horrible experience. Because of COVID drop off and pick ups happen at the front door, some mornings they didn't readily great you and when they did it was different from how they greeted other students, my daughter is always reluctant to go in when the owners are at the door but I also ignored that. VPK time roles around and I notified them that I'm going to enroll her in another vpk program instead of theirs, I asked if I needed to give a written notice and she told me that wasn't needed. The following week I ran into the owner of the place and she says "I don't think your child is VPK ready, she doesn't know her colors, letters of the alphabet or how to hold a pencil and those are all requirements for the VPK. Plus the program that you're getting her into is only a short day so you'd need to apply for after school programs." I just moved to Florida so I had no idea about VPK or the programs offered. After she made me feel like s**t, I decided to keep my daughter here bcuz the extended hours work better for me. After we decided to stay, they called me to notify me that they had gotten my daughter mixed up with another child and that she is actually VPK ready. Initially, with my VPK certificate my weekly rate would be $100, the week before VPK they notified us that there was an increase in tuition, so the $100 VPK rate is now $125 and the regular rate went from $135 to $165....I'm assuming this increase came about because there census is low. Straw that broke the camel's back....... within a 3 week span my daughter was exposed to COVID twice at school, each time I took her to get tested even though it was not a requirement. Second time I took her to get tested she wasn't feeling well, at this point she'd already been out of school for three days. I took her to the doctor got her tested and looked at they said she had an ear infection, when I dropped her off there was no one readily available for me to speak to so I went to work 2 hrs later I received a call stating that she was coughing, I told them that she was tested, was negative and that she had an ear infection. They called me 3 more times after that saying she was breathing heavy, I reiterated the fact that she is congested and has an ear infection which she is being treated for. The following day they call me at 9:42 to notify that she'd been sleeping and if I'd given her any strong cough medicine prior to school. I said no she only had her antibiotics.....I said what would you like me to do, her teacher got the owner who then tells the teacher to tell me I need to pick her up. I was shocked and asked "so you're telling me my 4yr old is sleeping and that's the reason for me to pick her up?" She said yes! I withdrew her and they refuse to reimburse me for the services I did not receive but I should know better bcuz they ignored it when I asked last Wednesday to be reimbursed for Thursday and Friday.

Great facility. Teachers are very sweet and let you know how your child is doing daily. My son has made friends and enjoys coming every day. Such a help since the hurricane.
