Dear Jeannette,
Thank you so much for the excellent care Linda and the caregivers are providing for my mother. Mom is struggling with many of the challenges aging brings, and recently we needed to speak with Linda immediately to resolve a crisis. I called her cell phone and reached her on her way to her son's wedding. Although I assured her it could wait til she returned to Scottsdale, she insisted on making some calls and got back to me within an hour with a great solution to our problem.
My sisters and I cannot thank Linda and her team enough for being so kind, respectful and responsive to our mother even when she is not at her best, and for being so understanding of our many calls and texts! We appreciate everything you are doing for our family!

Dear Jeanette, Kearstin and Todd:
Thank you for providing compassionate love and care for my Mom during the last few months of her life.
Your initial meeting with us gave my Dad and the family the assurance that you carefully chose and trained your Caregivers and that it wasn't just a job; you provided a loving service that made a difference in the lives of others..certainly for our family!
Your Caregivers genuinely cared about my Mom; they were like members of the family in the way they talked to my Mom, got into her world, patiently fed her and made sure she was continually drinking, encouraged her and was loving with the family. My Dad even felt comfortable enough to leave the home during the day trusting my Mom was in great care with your people.
My Dad initially had a tough time releasing his 100% care for my Mom to receive help from those outside of our family. Prior to meeting with you, we had tried other agencies and the caregivers were not consistent, therefore there were new ones almost every week and they didn't give my Mom the genuine love that she would respond to. Your staff and Caregivers genuinely cared about my Mom, even beyond when she passed away, as my Dad received calls from your Caregivers giving their sympathy and asking how my Dad was doing.
We didn't realize just how important a caregiver was, and we were blessed by your staff. We would highly recommend you to others in order to make a very difficult time for a loved one and family be one that is a blessing - as you were to my Mom and our family. We will always remember.
