Excellent care, if I had a question the nurse took her time to explain to me the process and educated me on what to do. My Dr also talk highly and recommends this agecy. True Angels when it comes to patient care.

Very helful with the care of my parents, nice and sweet nurses. The provider the gave us is a very hard worker, always on time and very honest. I love this conpany don't know what I wouls have done with out then.

I have not received services for about three weeks now. The provider I had could not accompany me to the doctor office. The provider could not apply prescribed medication to me. They are not allowed. I had a supervisor talked to me on a provider cell phone open speaker. She yelled at me and didn't want to hear my reason. Even when I tried she over yelled on the cell phone. I had removed the token that was put on my freezer door. I had removed it because when I tell the provider if you don't see this particular vehicle in the front of my house. That means I am not home. That means please sit and wait for me to arrive. There are other people at this residence. Will they knocked. They tell the other people at the residence that I gave them permission to get the number. Then they get it and they take off. Then they tell the company that they were there and I wasn't there. I always am here on time. I have a home security system. I tried to explain to the supervisor but she over powers her words over mine. She yelled at me like I was her child on the cell. I just told her. I don't know who your talking to like that. She keep on yelling so I hung up. She called that provider number over and over. I told the provider clocked out and please answer your phone outside in the comfort of your vehicle. I don't recommend anyone to them. During the time that I didn't have phone service three weeks. They had not even to check up on me at all. It's sad that I wonder how they treat other clients that probably can't even go online and write review. Like I said my phone is disconnected but I have emailed.
