Being asked to make a referral is always so tricky. Your professional reputation is at stake. When my long time client , Ms. W asked if I knew of a caregiver, it was a really easy answer for me. I have full trust in Jori, Melinda and their entire team of caregivers. They take the work they do seriously, especially now, during the COVID-19 pandemic. They understand how to care for their clients as well as their caregivers. Katie has been helping Ms. W for the past 12 weeks now. I have called Ms. W a few times to check in with her and Katie, her caregiver. " I love her, she is so sweet and kind. She takes great care of me. She has gone grocery shopping for me and helps put my meals together. I am finally feeling safe and on my way to feeling 100% better".

This is to review the service ive recieved from Americare. I am satisfied with the service i've gotten. Melinda has been wonderful and helpful. Katie is wonderful she really takes good care of me and my needs.

Katie is extraordinary. She has taken care of me like no other caregiver would. She is truly exceptional person whose kindness has no boundaries. I am 90 years old and not in the best of health and without Katie I probably would have succumbed. Thank you so much Americare for allowing Katie to care for me. I will always be grateful. The Americare staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to listen to all concerns and needs of the client and their family, to provide the best possible care.

On very short notice, I needed a caregiver for my wife for a one week period of time while our full time caregiver was on vacation.
I called Melinda and she made time to meet with us to discuss our needs.
She was very thoughtful and showed a genuine concern for our situation.
She told us at that first meeting that if she could not find a perfect fit for our needs that she would take on the job herself.
Well she found the perfect person and that was herself.
She is person of her word, she dropped everything was doing and became an instant friend and campion to my wife.
If you live in our world of caring for a loved one with a disability it is people like Melinda that make it bearable.

My family was in urgent need of an in-home caregiver for my Dad after surgery - we didn't realize how much help he would need post- surgery! AmeriCare was quick to respond to my inquiry and gave us options to accommodate our budget. Chelsea was our dedicated caregiver and was fantastic - she was loving and so accommodating. I can't thank AmeriCare enough for helping us when we needed it most!

I have used the service of Americare for about a month and a half. Jori, who is in charge of the company, is so kind and helpful for all my concerns. The young lady ,that was sent to help my son,was outstanding. She was so caring and put my son through his therapy exercises twice a day. She also bathed him and prepared his dinner. I would highly recommend Americare to anyone in need of care.
