Carmen s is correct.They are a terrible agency.. Staff sucks to. This place shouldn't be in business.

The worst home aides,they believe they are just come in to take a seat, apparently they are not trained to do the tasks tey are suppose to do. All of them that comes supposely to work are a bunch of lazy women they spend the entire 7 hours between the phone and sleeping yes,they even take naps!! If you courteously ask them to please do a task they will get upset and call the Agency to tell them they want to leave. I'm already so fed up with the whole situation that i even thought of cutting off my services. Thanks.
