1st Choice Home Health Services is a community based home health care agency in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. We provide care to clients in every age along the life span needing nursing services in the community. Our team consist of caring Certified Nurses (RN/LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aids; as well as, hardworking employees who are trained to assist you with your every need.

Before starting with services, we prepare an individualized care plan which will: contain the client's medical history, care preferences, and recommendations of the attending physician. The Care Plan will be tailor fit to the exact needs of the client, thus ensuring that the treatments are relevant to the patient's health. The company, the assigned practitioner (Nurse/CNA/Aid), and the client will discuss the Plan of Care in depth. The practitioner to provide care will be agreed upon by the Company and the client. Our Team will make every effort to provide exemplary care and services both inside and outside the home.
