Rates: Full Time: $90.00 for One Child, $160.00 for Two Children Part Time: $25.00 a Day per Child Before School Only: $20.00 a week After School Only: $20.00 a week Both Before & After School: $35.00 Weather Cancellation: $5.00 extra per day. McKinney Harrison School has a bus stop right next to the day care for before and after school care. We will not transport child to and from school. Definitions: Full Time: Childcare contracted on a set scheduled time slot 4 - 5 days per week. Part Time: Childcare contracted on a set scheduled time slot 3 days per week or less. Before/After School: Any day that school is not in session due to cancellations, a rate will be charged of $5.00 a day. No Show: If your child will not be attending, a one-hour notice of absence is required. Matters of Money All payments are due by Friday. After Friday, the late fee will be assessed. ($5.00 per business day) If payment is not made within 3 days, your child will not be accepted into care until payments, including all late fees, are made. If a period of 1 week passes without payment received, the contract will be terminated, the position filled, and the collection process begun. You will be responsible for any costs related to collection of the child care fees. Local Checks and Cash are accepted. Childcare fees are due regardless of whether or not your child attends.
