My three kids are playful and they work well together. Mostly any activates you get into they love, and they are certainly a good chat, as they can engage in a good real life conversation and also through you some laughable humor. I always remind them of just respecting the house, others, objects, and themselves, is always helpful. I am taking on a new position and will need to flex to new hours and randomized days, depending on the schools breaks. I don't think I will need anything for holidays:) My kids are not toddlers anymore and lean more towards the independent side, so I mostly need someone as a sitter to just be in-charge, watchful, and make sure everyone is happy:)

I'm wanting to get my twins ready for kindergarten. To help make sure they know the basics before actually starting school. They need a little more 1 on 1 attention than I can give at the moment.

Our daughter will be 6 months old when we need care to start. We are looking for someone who is nurturing and caring and treat her like their own while she is in your care. She is very easy going and happy most of the time. When she cries you know she needs something or is possibly in pain or overly tired as she doesn't cry for no reason. I'm a special education teacher in the school district and her father works is an air traffic controller so our hours may differ slightly in the afternoon when we are done. Some days may be slightly later and others may be earlier. Once I know my schedule more for next year I can give you a better idea of when I am done each day.

Someone that can take repetitive conversations. My grandfather enjoys trips for coffee or going out to eat. He does not eat meat products and tends to stay away from fast food but he loves fries and sundaes from fast food.
