Hi there, we are looking for someone that is a trained teacher or educator (and would also consider someone currently seeking a degree in this subject) to tutor our son with his homework during one on one sessions in our home located near Deer Valley Airport. He does well with this type of support, however has difficulty recalling what to do on his own. He needs help with all his math and reading comprehension. He does have an IEP due to developmental delays but has not been giving any diagnoses relating to any particular disabilities/ disorders. The ideal tutor will be a part of his meetings / educational goals and know how to make learning FUN but can be firm with the learning tasks/ lessons needed. Twice a week in the evenings preferred, would consider a weekend day. Looking to hire someone before the upcoming meeting on Nov. 29. Thank
In need of a tutor for my 9th grader struggling in Algebra 1 and Physical Science. Also has trouble with all tests and test prep and study habits. He is a football player tutoring would be in afternoons after practice or weekends.
My daughter is a senior in high school and would like some tutoring in Calculus III. Later afternoons or weekend mornings would be great, about one time a week. My daughter is visually impaired and really just needs some review/homework help. The teacher provides excellent notes! We are in Ahwatukee but willing to meet elsewhere (coffee shop, library, etc.), if needed.
I am in need of a tutor for my 13-year-old who is in 8th grade math. We live in North Phoenix but spend our days in Chandler so we could meet anywhere in between. Looking for someone who is available 1 hour, twice a week. The days can be flexible, and if it's on a weekend we could also make availability during the daytime.
