Each of our classes has a Lead teacher and an assistant teacher Before Care Option We offer before care for an additional hour onto the day for 3 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old students (not offered for our advanced 2's class) Advanced 2's program Advanced 2's class (students must be 2.5 years old and potty trained) - 12 students max 3 year old program 3 year old program - 15 students max M/W/F option: 3 days and goes from 9am to 1:15pm (extended day option available) Tuesday/Thursday option: 2 days and goes from 9am to 1:15pm (extended day option available) VPK 3 day program VPK Program (3 days a week) 9am to 2:30pm - 3 classes of 18 students each Transitional Kindergarten program Transitional Kindergarten program - This is a 5 day program for students who have finished the VPK program but are not quite ready for the Kindergarten classes. Some of the reason might include but are not limited to: - Age: having a late birthday - Social/Emotional growth: Wanting more time to develop this - Academics: Wanting more focalized attention on this in a smaller environment - Pace of learning: We love that we have the freedom to control the pace of how we learn and teach. -Smaller classes: We cap our class at 15 students with a Lead and an Assistant. - More individual student focus: By only having 15 students, we are able to give each child more attention for things like fine motor development and table work. We offer before care with a cap of 9 students from 8am to 9am. - Personalized end of the year portfolios: Each child ends the year with a binder of memories from work created to pictures with friends for life long memories. Enrichment program options STEAM 1 day programs STEAM 3's program - Offered Thursdays from 9am to 1pm. Students learn fun projects through the lens of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math. At the 3's level they do this at the introductory level. STEAM VPK program - Offered Tuesdays from 9am to 1pm. Students learn fun projects through the lens of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math. At the VPK level they do this at the intermediate level. STEAM TK program - Offered Fridays from 9am to 1pm. Students learn fun projects through the lens of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math. At the TK level they do this at the Advanced level. 2 Day Enrichment class Tuesday/Thursday (VPK age students only) - In this class the students will explore 3 topics on Tuesday and 3 topics on Thursday. Some of the topics explored each week include (Cooking, Science, Spanish, Sign Language, Artist of the month, Author of the month) After Care option We offer after care for an additional hour onto the day for 3 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old students (not offered for our advanced 2's class) Summer Camps We offer 6 unique camps over the summer starting at the beginning of June and ending at the end of July with our school being closed the week of the 4th of July. Registration is offered first to our current families and if space allows then we make it available to the community. Tours Tours are required at Waypoint with the student present before enrolling with us. This allows for parents and students to become familiar with our teachers and our facility and starts the excitement for being in a school setting.
