Patient & Patient Sitter

Hello, my name is Josefina, but you can call me Jhoe! As my title states above, that I'm a patient and caring nanny/caregiver. For starters, I would like to state it's a pleasure to tell a little about myself and my work experience in this field. As a mother of five grown children from the Philippines and 10 years professional experience in the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia, tending to the needs of as many as three children ages 6 months to 9 years in these countries gave me a wealth of experience and enjoyment. My duties included preparing school lunches for children, laundering their clothes, cleaning employers house, some grounds keeping, and grocery shopping. These duties continued when I joined my employer, his wife and children on several business and vacation trips throughout the region in several countries. My additional duties included accompanying employers children to their extracurricular activities, namely piano lessons, ballet, and gymnastics.

Josefina is very sweet and easy to get along with. Although she hadn't recently taken care of a newborn (4 week old), she was very gentle and tried her best with our son. She was very patient, kind, and soothing. He fell asleep and rested on her chest most of the time because she was so soothing. She also entertained our 5 year old, folded the laundry, and was eager to help out around the house when baby was sleeping.

I have also worked as a private math tutor and Spanish tutor both to college students and to children. My most recent job was teaching private violin and private piano. I have worked with children as a teacher, private tutor, camp counselor, and full time nanny/babysitter. I have multiple references who can speak towards my skill and expertise in caring for and enriching toddlers and younger children. Please let me know if you would like me to pass them along to you and I will do so promptly. (I am new to Care. com but I have multiple reviews)

Zydae is a very kind, intelligent, strong willed young lady on a mission to enrich and educate our youth. She is passionate about children and animals. She is courteous, positive and a true beauty inside and out. I have hired her on multiple occasions when she resided in North Carolina. She has taught me how to read music, play piano, violin and any other instrument she bought home. She consistently takes great care of my grand fur babies. She is always taking them on vacation with her and daily to the doggy park to play with their friends. I have witnessed her tutoring others and teaching tiny ones in the music class. Zydae is creative in her methods used to reach out to children to keep their attention to accomplish their goals all while ensuring they feel loved and valued. Kids love her and really enjoy having her around. Parents are pleased knowing their child/ children are well taken care of and experiencing something positive being around Zydae.
