I'm a firefighter who works at the station for 48 hours at a time. I also work a rotating schedule meaning that I never work the same two days each week. It's important that I find a dog sitter who can accommodate my unique schedule. For example, if I work Mon/Tues of this week, I work Sun/Mon the following week, and then Sat/Sun, so on and so forth. One of two Labradors also requires an insulin shot each time he eats, twice per day. Please be comfortable and able to administer subcutaneous injections. Both labs (3 &10) are incredibly loving, affectionate and are very well trained.
I'd be happy to go into specifics of my expectations for you as a sitter if I feel you're a good fit for my dogs, and welcome any suggestions you might have for their care/exercise/play etc. while their dad is away at the station.
