Our 11-year-old daughter is self sufficient but does love horses and writing and looks up to young adults. we would love a nanny who not only ensures the kids get onto their online classes but who also engages in the lessons being taught and in tutoring when completing lessons and then plays with them after. really looking for someone who Will NOT pull out their laptop or cellphone for longer than 5 minutes. Light cleaning and meal prep expected as well!. Our ideal caregiver: Plays games with the kids or does arts and crafts or other enriching activities both indoors and outdoors. Limits television time and electronics time for the kids. Also as the nanny does not spend time on personal electronics so them hat there can be full engagement with the kids in their online lessons and/or in enrichment activities. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities and homework or curriculum assistance.
