The children will be in bed before we leave for work and should sleep the entire time until we come home. We will be home before the kids awake. Care giver might have to change my youngest childs diaper a couple of times throughout the night or make a bottle if she wakes up. Other than that we just need a reliable child care provider to sit at our home with them and watch over them while they sleep until were off from work.

Pick up is roughly at 2:45 (they get released just after 3 pm) and we are about 10 minutes from the school. Will pay for an hour of your time (and it shouldn't take that long at all).
