About Zofia

Hello Parents and Caregivers! I'm Zofia, a passionate NYC DOE Special Education teacher of 5 years with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Early Childhood Education, both from Columbia University. My philosophy is rooted in joy, consistency, and love of learning. I bring the same patience, creativity, and high standard of care I've honed in the classroom into every job. I am certified to work with children from infancy through 2nd grade, and am both child and infant CPR/First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. I am also certified to work with children with disabilities, including Autism, Downs Syndrome, ADHD, Speech-Language impairments, and other health impairments.
