I am a current lead third grade teacher at a Los Angeles private school, teaching all subjects in accordance with CA state standards. In addition, I am a lead fourth and fifth grade math teacher. Outside of school, I run my own tutoring company called Straight A Tutoring, supervising tutors who work for me and personally tutoring clients in preschool-12th grade. Although I tutor all subjects, I specialize in tutoring math and reading. I frequently work with students who have learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD, and employ strategies to strengthen executive functioning skills in all of my sessions.
