Over my 17 years of teaching and leadership in the special education field, I have been driven by the joy of seeing students build confidence, grow, and succeed. I hold a Masters in Teaching as well as a double certification in Special Education K-12, elementary education, and middle school education with a focus on supporting struggling readers and writers. I have extensive experience supporting IEPs and 504s. My approach centers on building a warm, tailored environment where I adapt my methods to suit your unique learning style. I know that learning happens best in the context of a trusting relationship! I prioritize open communication with families, tackling complex subjects by connecting them to your personal interests.
